Job summary

Fisher Phillips is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal in Seattle to support attorneys in labor and employment matters. The role emphasizes high-volume, billable work, document management, and trial preparation, with opportunities to contribute to national complex cases.

You will coordinate with attorneys, manage exhibits and discovery, and leverage eDiscovery tools while maintaining strict compliance with case deadlines and firm standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Labor and employment litigation experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and manage client documents and electronic data for each case.
• Conduct litigation and background checks, including social media where needed.
• Draft documents for attorney review: discovery, motions, orders, and related filings.
• Prepare for motions, depositions, and trial, including exhibits and witnesses.
• Identify and prepare documents for production with Bates labeling and redaction.
• Assist in trial preparation and witness coordination.
• Conduct online research using firm resources.
• Manage multiple assignments with professionalism and deadlines.
