Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with day-to-day case and matter management.
• Keep case information, documents, and deadlines organized and up to date.
• Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and case materials.
• Help coordinate discovery, document requests, and related case activities.
• Support attorneys with hearings, depositions, meetings, and other legal proceedings.
• Review court updates and maintain accurate case calendars.
• Compile information and documents for attorney review and case preparation.
• Handle administrative and case-related tasks as needed.

• Sound professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Strong computer skills, familiarity with Washington State court websites and e-filing procedures, and the ability to learn new legal software.
• Resourceful and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
