Job summary

Fisher Phillips LLP is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in delivering high-quality service. The role emphasizes managing client documents, drafting for attorney review, and assisting with trial preparation.

The paralegal is expected to handle a busy case load and record 1500+ billable hours annually within the defined performance year. We value meticulous, proactive professionals with strong MS Office and eDiscovery tool experience.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience.
Labor and employment litigation experience.
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Obtain, organize, and manage client documents, including electronic data.
Conduct litigation, criminal, and civil background checks and obtain records.
Draft documents for attorney review: various motions, disclosures, orders, and discovery responses.
Assist with motions for summary judgment; assemble exhibits and appendices.
Prepare production documents with Bates labeling and redaction for privilege.
Assist in trial prep: manage exhibits, witness lists, subpoenas, and prep meetings.
Conduct online research using firm resources and eDiscovery tools.
Manage multiple assignments and deadlines with professionalism.
Review vendor invoices and process payments.
