Dinsmore in Tampa, FL is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support multiple attorneys through all phases of litigation. The role emphasizes high-quality billable work, timely document handling, and strong research and discovery capabilities.

Local travel to clients or other Dinsmore offices may be required. The ideal candidate will have a college degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate, 5+ years of experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure confidentiality

Qualificações

• Prior paralegal experience in litigation is required.
• Must have knowledge and experience with discovery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and confidentiality.
• Experience with state and federal court rules.
• 5+ years of paralegal experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform high-quality billable work and record time in accordance with client/firm policy.
• Conduct case research and investigation.
• Analyze and summarize medical and other related records.
• Manage collection, organization and production of electronic documents.
• Draft discovery and subpoenas.
• Work with expert consultants and witnesses.
• Assist multiple attorneys through all phases of litigation.
• Availability for limited travel to clients and other Dinsmore offices.
