Dinsmore in Tampa, FL is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support multiple attorneys through all phases of litigation. The role emphasizes high-quality billable work, timely document handling, and strong research and discovery capabilities.

Local travel to clients or other Dinsmore offices may be required. The ideal candidate will have a college degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate, 5+ years of experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure confidentiality

Highly skilled, proactive and well-rounded litigation paralegal Perform high-quality billable work and have expertise in assisting attorneys through all phases of litigation Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy and confidentiality Successful candidate will possess strong technical and database skills All candidates must have knowledge and experience with discovery Document management experience Must possess knowledge of state and federal court rules College degree, ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent 5+ years of paralegal experience Candidates should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized, have strong technical and database skills, and possess pre-trial experience
