Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction defect paralegal experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal court rules and asbestos docket experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in discovery and document management.
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate or college degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality billable work and record time per policy.
• Conduct case research and investigation.
• Analyze and summarize medical and other related records.
• Manage collection, organization and production of electronic documents.
• Draft discovery and subpoenas.
• Work with expert consultants and witnesses.
• Assist multiple attorneys through all phases of litigation.
• Availability for limited travel to clients and other Dinsmore offices.
