Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for the Portland office. The role supports attorneys across complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, real estate, construction, franchising, banking, and consumer lending.

Candidates should have 5+ years of paralegal experience and strong e-discovery and research skills. You will manage case files, draft pleadings, assist with discovery, and coordinate trial materials while maintaining high-quality work under tight

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree and paralegal certificate from ABA-accredited program or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in a law firm.
• Experience with Relativity (RelOne) is a plus, and proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes and e-discovery, including document collection, review, and production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Oversee organization and maintenance of case files, including electronic document management.
• Draft and edit pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other court documents.
• Coordinate and assist with discovery, including document collection, review, and privilege logs.
• Utilize e-discovery platforms to manage, analyze, and produce electronic evidence.
• Conduct legal and factual research; draft summaries and cite-check memos and briefs.
• Assist with trial materials, exhibits, and coordination of hearings and trials.
