Responsibilities

• Analyze judicial decisions, statutes, and codes to support attorney strategies and briefs.
• Assist with preparation for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials by organizing exhibits and assembling trial binders.
• Serve as liaison among legal teams, clients, court personnel, and outside vendors.
• Manage subpoena responses.
• Support attorneys in deposition assistance and evidence organization.

This full-time Commercial Litigation Paralegal role supports attorneys handling business-related legal disputes, primarily focusing on corporate and specialized commercial litigation. The paralegal conducts factual and legal research, manages subpoena responses, drafts pleadings and motions, and assists with depositions, mediations, and trial preparations. They collaborate across multiple offices using a combination of proprietary and standard legal software, with occasional travel required.
