We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to support a dynamic legal team handling complex litigation matters. This is a hybrid position based in Portland, OR (3 days in office).

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial case review to support attorney case strategy and evaluation
- Draft case chronologies, pleadings, and discovery materials for attorney review
- Manage all phases of discovery, including document collection, production, and review
- Coordinate depositions, including scheduling, exhibit preparation, and transcript summaries
- Prepare and serve subpoenas and coordinate with court reporters and vendors
- Support litigation database management and document organization
- Assist with factual investigations, including witness interviews and records review
- Prepare trial materials including exhibits, binders, and witness lists
- Assist attorneys during trial, including courtroom and technical support
- Conduct legal and medical research, cite checking, and validation of case law
- Maintain organized case files and assist with post-trial and appellate processes
Qualifications
- 3 to 10 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and trial preparation
- Experience handling document-intensive litigation and managing case workflows
- Familiarity with Oregon state and federal court procedures
- Proficiency with Relativity, LiveNote, Trial Director, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
