Qualifications

• The candidate must have a four-year degree and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
• Minimum of seven years of relevant work experience in a large law firm.
• Experience supporting complex litigation matters across multiple practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation from case initiation through trial.
• Calendar deadlines and manage court filings in Federal and State courts.
• Assist with discovery, document collection, organization, review, and productions.
• Proofread, cite check, and blue book briefs and discovery documents.
• Prepare deposition, meeting, or interview materials.
• Support trial and arbitration preparations, including travel logistics.
• Prepare charts and indices and coordinate with external vendors.
• Mentor and guide junior paralegals and legal assistants.
