Qualifications
- 8+ years of applicable experience in marketing or business development
- 4+ years of management experience (senior level preferred)
- Prior professional services industry experience or B2B marketing experience
Responsibilities
- Translate practice marketing plans into briefs for Campaign Strategy
- Consult on buyer profiles and influencers for segmentation
- Develop practice development roadmaps and ensure ready-to-use materials
- Collaborate with MCD leadership to align BU priorities with enterprise roadmaps
- Lead strategy and narrative development for pitches and proposals
- Oversee BU marketing budget and ROI considerations
- Mentor and supervise direct reports and manage staffing and time tracking
