Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Litigation Marketing Senior Manager - Regulatory to lead the marketing and client development activities for the department, driving revenue through brand building and thought leadership.

The role collaborates with practice group leaders and partners to create campaigns, programs, and events, while managing budgets and mentoring a team to execute strategic plans and industry initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office suite, iManage and firm applications.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel and other firm software.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years in exempt/management roles.
• Ability to work independently and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development plans for assigned groups and partners.
• Act as thought leader to improve marketing practices and client development.
• Collaborate across marketing, practice groups and stakeholders on strategies and initiatives.
• Lead marketing budget for assigned groups and guide deployment to maximize impact.
• Support lateral partner integration as the marketing liaison for onboarding.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to attorneys and staff.
