Cooley LLP is seeking a Litigation Marketing – Business Senior Manager to join the Marketing and Client Development team in New York, guiding strategic and tactical marketing efforts for the litigation practice.

You will drive narrative strategy for directories, oversee market intelligence, and shape go-to-market programs and high-impact pitches to convert opportunities into pipeline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing or business development, with 2+ years in exempt/management roles.
• Experience in professional services or B2B marketing.
• Ability to lead and mentor others and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct the narrative strategy for directories and rankings.
• Lead market and competitive intelligence to inform planning.
• Define GTM content for practice-led programs and campaigns.
• Develop high-impact pitch strategies for complex RFPs.
• Oversee material strategy and ensure high-quality engagement lists.
• Assess sponsorship ROI and strategic fit for the BU.
• Coordinate post-engagement strategy to convert events into pipeline.
