- 8+ years of applicable marketing or business development experience with 4+ years in management.
- Preference for prior legal industry experience or professional services background.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Responsibilities
- Translate practice marketing plans into briefs for Campaign Strategy ensuring BU outcomes.
- Consult on buyer profiles and segments with Insights for effective targeting.
- Direct the practice development roadmap and ensure ready-to-use materials.
- Collaborate across MCD to align BU priorities with enterprise roadmaps.
- Define personalization triggers and content requirements for target buyers.
- Oversee BU marketing budget and advise on sponsorship ROI.
- Lead strategy and narrative for high-stakes pitches with Client Development.
