Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Litigation Marketing Specialist to support the Business Litigation marketing team. The hybrid schedule encourages collaboration in-office while enabling remote work days to drive strategic and tactical plans across practice groups.

The role focuses on collateral maintenance, CRM hygiene, event materials, and reporting. Candidates typically have 3+ years in marketing or BD within professional services and hold a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years applicable experience in marketing or business development.
• Prior professional services industry experience and/or B2B marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain collateral materials and digital bios for Always Ready availability.
• Ensure CRM data hygiene and accurate segmentation.
• Coordinate materials for practice-led events and initiatives.
• Pull reports on activity, pitch volume, and pipeline for BU leadership.
• Input matter details and credentials into the experience database.
• Track BU sponsorships, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate updates to partner biographies and external directory profiles.
• Support large-scale BU projects, including Chambers submission data collection.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
