Responsibilities

• Maintaining and organizing files
• Drafting, formatting, editing and proofreading legal memos and correspondence, pleadings and discovery
• E-filing with state and federal courts
• Managing attorney calendars and scheduling meetings, conference calls and travel
• Communicating with clients, court officials, vendors and others involved in the cases
• Assisting with billing, time entry, expenses, and accounts receivable
• Entering attorney time
• Assisting with special projects
