Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including case management, court filings, discovery, eDiscovery, deposition and trial preparation, and deadline tracking.

This role is ideal for a highly organized legal professional with strong litigation experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, including litigation and eDiscovery.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and Bluebook citations.
• Experience organizing high volumes of case materials and deadlines across multiple matters.
• Proficiency with legal technology, document management, billing, calendaring, and workflow systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, manage, and file pleadings, legal documents, correspondence, and other litigation materials in state and federal courts and with applicable agencies.
• Organize and maintain case files, essential records, calendars, docketing deadlines, exhibits, deposition materials, and trial preparation documents.
• Support discovery and eDiscovery processes, including managing electronically stored information and working within platforms such as iPro or Relativity.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, vendors, process servers, court reporters, and other third parties to support litigation matters from intake through resolution.
