Jobot seeks a Commercial Litigation Attorney in Dallas, TX for an on-site, permanent role. The ideal candidate will handle complex commercial matters, from investigations and pleadings through trial and appeal, with a focus on insurance claims and breach of contract.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from pleadings to appeal.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Represent clients in court with persuasive arguments and evidence.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and contracts.
• Negotiate settlements to avoid litigation where possible.
• Maintain high professional and ethical standards per laws.
• Stay updated on legislation and case law; communicate updates to clients.
