Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience practicing commercial litigation.
• Graduate of a top-tier law school.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Experience at a highly regarded law firm preferred.
• Excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills.
• Experience with complex commercial disputes, business litigation or related matters.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Texas Bar admission in good standing.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on complex matters while taking on increasing responsibility as experience develops.
