Job summary

F3 Law is seeking a senior litigation counsel to act as senior counsel on sophisticated matters, bringing extensive civil litigation experience and strong judgment to independently manage complex cases for clients and fellow attorneys.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration about one day per week and potential for reduced hours or part-time arrangements for qualified candidates, along with a supportive environment for leadership and practice growth.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license with the Missouri Bar; Illinois Bar admission preferred.
• Approximately 10+ years of substantial civil litigation experience.
• Significant experience independently managing complex litigation matters.
• Strong experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor attorneys and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex and high-value litigation matters.
• Serve as senior counsel and strategic advisor to clients on significant disputes.
• Develop and lead sophisticated case strategies through all phases of litigation.
• Represent clients in state and federal court, arbitration, mediation, and other forums.
• Lead significant depositions, hearings, trials, negotiations, and settlements.
• Draft and review complex pleadings, motions, briefs, and memos.
• Collaborate with partners and attorneys on high-profile matters.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship within the litigation practice.
• Maintain strong client relationships with practical, business-focused counsel.
• Contribute to client development and thought leadership.
