Job summary

F3 Law is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate to independently manage complex litigation matters and provide strategic counsel to clients. You’ll handle cases from assessment through discovery, motions, settlement, trial, and appeal, collaborating with a seasoned legal team.

This hybrid role requires in-office collaboration about two to three days per week, with discussion of reduced-hour or part-time arrangements for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the Missouri Bar.
• Approximately 6+ years of substantial civil litigation experience.
• Ability to manage litigation matters independently and provide strategic counsel.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a diverse and sophisticated litigation caseload.
• Develop and execute effective litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, admin proceedings, mediations, arbitrations.
• Conduct and manage all phases of discovery, including depositions and document review.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses.
• Participate in hearings, trials, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide clear, practical advice on litigation strategy and risk.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, paralegals, and staff; mentor junior attorneys.
