Job summary

F3 Law, based in Missouri, seeks a Litigation Senior Counsel with a robust civil litigation background to lead sophisticated matters and mentor junior attorneys. The role emphasizes strategic advisory work for clients, leadership in case development, and active involvement in practice growth.

The ideal candidate will have a JD, Missouri Bar in good standing, and extensive trial experience, with Illinois Bar admission favored.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of substantial civil litigation experience.
• Active Missouri Bar license in good standing.
• Illinois Bar admission strongly preferred.
• Exceptional legal judgment, analytical ability, advocacy, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex and high-value litigation matters.
• Serve as senior counsel and strategic advisor to clients on significant disputes.
• Develop and lead sophisticated case strategies through all phases of litigation.
• Represent clients in state and federal court, arbitration, mediation, and other forums.
• Lead significant depositions, hearings, trials, negotiations, and settlements.
• Draft and review complex pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Mentor attorneys and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership; support practice growth.
