Job summary

F3 Law is seeking a Litigation Senior Counsel to lead high-value matters, providing strategic advice and independent management of complex disputes. The role emphasizes strong judgment, significant civil litigation experience, and mentorship for junior attorneys within a collaborative environment.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with regular in-office collaboration about one day per week, and opportunities for leadership in strategy, client counseling, and business development.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with the Missouri Bar.
• Illinois Bar admission is strongly preferred.
• Approximately 10+ years of substantial civil litigation experience.
• Experience independently managing complex litigation matters.
• Strong experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex and high-value litigation matters.
• Serve as senior counsel and strategic advisor to clients on significant disputes.
• Develop and lead sophisticated case strategies through all phases of litigation.
• Represent clients in state and federal court, arbitration, mediation, and other forums.
• Lead depositions, hearings, trials, negotiations, and settlements.
• Draft and review complex pleadings and briefs.
• Mentor attorneys and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in client development and thought leadership.
