Chelsea Search Group is seeking a Litigation Case Manager in New York City to lead large, nationwide matters in federal and state courts, including Delaware Court of Chancery matters. You will coordinate filings, manage complex dockets, and support trial teams from inception through appeal while collaborating with Delaware counsel.

The role requires 7–10+ years as a paralegal or case manager, strong familiarity with CM/ECF and Relativity, and impeccable discretion in handling confidential

Qualifications

• Significant knowledge of federal and state procedures and Delaware Court of Chancery rules.
• Experience with securities or complex commercial litigation is preferred.
• Proficiency with CM/ECF and e‑filing platforms required.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead litigation case management from inception through trial and appeal.
• Coordinate filings, calendar deadlines, and document production.
• Liaise with Delaware counsel and managing staff on case logistics.
• Support discovery, depositions, and trial preparation, including e‑discovery.
• Supervise junior paralegals and ensure accuracy of filings and records.
