Jobot in Wilmington, DE is seeking a senior litigator to join our growing office as a Senior Associate or Counsel. You will lead complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, manage client matters, and mentor junior attorneys from day one.

The role requires 7+ years in litigation with strong research, drafting, and deposition skills, and Delaware bar admission. Join a nationally recognized practice with hybrid work flexibility and mentorship opportunities.

Formación

• 7+ years of litigation experience with substantial time in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
• Superior research and motion drafting skills.
• Must be admitted to practice in Delaware.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex commercial litigation matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery and related courts.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions and other high-stakes filings.
• Take and defend depositions with confidence and precision.
• Participate in trial and trial preparation.
• Collaborate closely with partners and serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients.
• Help develop and mentor junior associates on the team.
