Qualifications

• Significant knowledge of litigation procedures and practice, including Delaware Court of Chancery rules.
• Experience with securities or complex commercial litigation preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large caseloads and coordinate multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Perform all elements of litigation case management from filing to appeal.
• Oversee large, complex matters in federal and state courts nationwide.
• Coordinate with Delaware counsel on filing logistics and e‑filings.
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and discovery processes.
• Lead discovery, deposition, and trial preparation, including Relativity e‑discovery.
• Liaise with attorneys, co-counsel, and vendors to meet case needs.
