Job summary

Chelsea Search Group based in New York City seeks a Litigation Case Manager to lead large, complex matters in federal and state courts nationwide, including securities and corporate governance disputes. The role supports Delaware Court of Chancery matters and coordinates with Delaware counsel from inception through trial and appeal.

Qualifications

• Significant substantive knowledge of litigation procedures, including federal and state rules.
• Hands-on experience with CM/ECF and File & ServeXpress.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Proficiency with document management systems (e.g., iManage) and collaboration tools.
• Proficiency with e‑discovery databases, including Relativity.
• Ability to learn and utilize new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Performing all elements of litigation case management, including file management, discovery, motion practice, hearings, trial, and appeal.
• Overseeing and managing a sizable caseload of complex litigation matters in federal and state courts.
• Managing matters pending in the Delaware Court of Chancery, including expedited deal litigation and fiduciary duty disputes.
• Tracking and managing compressed and expedited schedules, ensuring all court deadlines are met.
• Preparing court filings and coordinating e-filings to ensure compliance with rules.
