Qualifications

• Significant substantive knowledge of litigation procedures, terminology, and documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of Delaware Court of Chancery rules, practice, and procedure.
• Hands-on experience with CM/ECF and File & ServeXpress.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Perform all elements of litigation case management from inception to trial and appeal.
• Oversee a sizable caseload in federal and state courts, meeting deadlines and milestones.
• Coordinate with Delaware counsel and manage filings through e-filing systems.
