Trueline, a respected boutique litigation firm with a national practice, seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney for a fully remote role in Seattle. You will handle sophisticated state and federal litigation and work directly with firm leadership toward a long-term partnership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sophisticated commercial, construction, or related litigation experience.
• Ability to independently manage complex matters from inception to resolution.
• Strong motion practice, deposition, and courtroom experience.
• First-chair trial experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle sophisticated disputes in state and federal courts.
• Develop litigation strategy and draft dispositive motions.
• Lead depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
