Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research complicated legal issues efficiently and competently.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc.
• Handle all aspects of discovery, including taking depositions.
• Communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
