You will manage complex commercial and healthcare-related litigation, draft motions and pleadings, oversee discovery, and appear in courts and arbitration settings while providing strategic legal advice to clients. Collaboration with partners and mentorship to junior attorneys are expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of litigation experience in a law firm or comparable setting.
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters and client relationships.
• Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, and depositions.
• Trial or arbitration experience preferred.
• Healthcare or private equity-related disputes is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Client-focused mindset with strong business judgment.
• Ability to travel as required.
