Job summary

Washington Auto Law & Mr. Crash Accident Attorneys seeks a Senior Managing Litigation Attorney to lead and grow our litigation department, trying cases as first-chair counsel and building scalable processes.

The role is primarily remote with autonomy and occasional in-person collaboration at our Renton office; you will mentor junior litigators and shape workflows while handling a high-stakes auto accident docket.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of dedicated plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• Proven history of handling 10+ jury trials to verdict in WA State courts
• Active member in good standing with the WSBA
• Leadership mindset with mentorship and collaboration focus
• Ability to work from home with occasional trials/hearings at Renton office

Responsibilities

• Act as lead trial counsel on auto accident injury cases.
• Lead, formalize, and expand the litigation department with defined workflows and metrics.
• Manage a litigation docket from filing through discovery and trial.
• Collaborate with the pre-litigation team to transition files when settlement is not possible
