Job Juncture is seeking an experienced Litigation Career Associate Attorney for a multi-city, hybrid role handling high-level civil and employment litigation for a diverse client base.

The appointed attorney will draft pleadings, manage discovery and e-discovery, supervise deposition and trial preparation, and contribute to strategic initiatives while enjoying greater flexibility and a non-partnership track.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Washington, in good standing.
• 7+ years of substantive civil litigation experience, including employment litigation.
• Drafting briefs, motions, and discovery documents, including e-discovery.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• Experience managing deposition and trial preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, client-centered mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the litigation team with case management and progression in civil and employment litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Handle discovery-related tasks, including e-discovery.
• Facilitate deposition and trial preparation projects.
• Keep the litigation team organized and running efficiently.
