Brown White & Osborn LLP in Boston seeks a Senior Litigation Associate Attorney to independently manage complex litigation matters and lead strategy for high-stakes cases. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, strong deposition and motion practice, and admission to the Massachusetts Bar.

This hybrid Boston office position offers substantial responsibility and collaboration with a national team. The role requires strong research and writing skills, with a track record of managing cases

Qualifications

• 8+ years of litigation experience in general, complex, toxic tort, or environmental liability.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Massachusetts Bar admission.
• Experience with depositions and motion practice.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases and deadlines.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Develop case strategy and manage matters through litigation stages.
• Conduct fact, plaintiff, and other depositions.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and trial.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Review and analyze complex discovery materials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, clients, experts, and team.
• Maintain accurate and timely billing records.
