Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and substantive litigation documents.
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and oral argument as needed.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case evaluation.
• Handle case development including written discovery, factual investigation, and legal research.
