Qualifications

• Experience arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and trial prep.
• Experience in commercial litigation: breach of contract, tortious interference, fiduciary duty.
• Desirable real estate, land use, trusts and estates, or IP litigation experience.
• Top 75 law school and CA Bar admission required.
