Our client is seeking an associate with 4 or more years of broad-based litigation experience to join its Litigation Department. Candidates should have excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills; consistent attention to detail; and strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing cases for trial. Candidates should also have specific litigation experience involving commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, tortious interference with contract, and/or breach of fiduciary duty.
Additional experience in real estate, land use, trusts and estates, and intellectual property litigation is highly desirable.
A strong academic record (top 75 law school) and admission to the California Bar are required.
Compensation: The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $270,000-$325,000, depending on factors including the candidate’s qualifications and years of relevant experience. The position may also be eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus.
