Qualifications

• 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Active admission to the California Bar and good standing status.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters through all phases of litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other substantive litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop strategic litigation positions.
• Collaborate directly with clients regarding litigation strategy and case developments.
• Communicate and negotiate with opposing counsel on litigation and settlement matters.
• Participate in court appearances, hearings, conferences, and related proceedings.
• Analyze legal issues and develop persuasive legal arguments.
• Assist with discovery strategy, document review, and evidentiary development.
• Support trial preparation and courtroom advocacy efforts.
• Manage litigation deadlines and case management responsibilities.
• Work closely with partners and litigation teams on sophisticated business disputes.
• Maintain exceptional client service while handling multiple active matters.
