Aufgaben

• Assist attorneys across all phases of litigation: intake, discovery, resolution.
• Manage and respond to litigation demands, regulatory inquiries, and small claims by gathering facts, documentation, and communicating with consumers, regulators, and court representatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and other business units to drive litigation strategy.
• Serve as liaison with outside counsel, internal business units, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with case preparation, organizing large volumes of documents and evidence.
• Draft and review legal correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses under attorney supervision.
• Maintain litigation files and case databases to ensure accuracy and best practices.
• Drive process improvements and train others.
• Identify case trends to improve customer experience.
• Contribute positively to team environment with energy and curiosity.
