As a senior member of the Litigation Team, you will manage and own multiple Litigation processes and functions, exercising sound judgment, taking initiative, and driving matters to completion with a high degree of independence and accountability. You will enhance and lead our legal hold and eDiscovery processes. You will also collaborate with legal and non-legal professionals to protect and defend the Company in defensive matters, pursue affirmative matters, respond to escalated subpoenas and consumer complaints, and manage our litigation portfolio.

The base salary range is $100,000 – $130,000.00 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
