Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Linux Systems Administrator with a strong emphasis on automation to support high-security DoD networks. The role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining Linux-centric architectures, automating configuration with Ansible, and ensuring RMF and STIG compliance across distributed test networks.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• 10+ years in a Systems Administrator or Systems Engineering role.
• Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, optimize, and maintain enterprise Linux distributions (RHEL, Rocky, CentOS).
• Develop, test, and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles to automate provisioning and patching.
• Manage containerized workloads with Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes; support lifecycle management.
