Referment is hiring a Senior Linux Infrastructure Engineer to join the Platform Engineering team. The role is hands-on, spanning Linux kernel engineering, on-prem and cloud environments, and global collaboration.

You will design, implement and operate core infrastructure and platform services, with emphasis on automation, security and scalable operations across international offices. The ideal candidate has a decade+ in infra engineering, deep Linux knowledge, and strong programming instincts

Formación

• Ten years+ infrastructure engineering experience with hands-on focus.
• Deep Linux engineering and kernel-level expertise.
• Strong automation experience with platform tooling (Kubernetes, GitOps).
• Excellent host/network troubleshooting and high‑performance env management skills.
• Clear, hands-on collaborator across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, integrate and maintain Linux infrastructure services with deep Linux engineering focus.
• Contribute to global networks, core services, security infrastructure across on-prem and cloud.
• Improve security framework for massive-scale production platform with thousands of nodes.
• Implement modern platform practices including Kubernetes, GitOps, automation.
• Diagnose complex host and network issues using tracing and diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with engineers across locations and disciplines.
