Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking a Supervisor, Line Maintenance in Warwick, RI. You will supervise line/hangar maintenance activities, assign work to AMTs, and ensure work complies with FAA rules and Breeze policies. You may perform AMT duties and report to the Manager, Line Maintenance.

Minimum qualifications include 5+ years in aviation maintenance, a valid A&P license, and the ability to obtain required security clearances. Expect to work flexible hours and travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid FAA A&P license with clean record.
• Minimum 5+ years aviation maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management ability.
• Proven ability to comply with FAA and Breeze procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise line/hangar maintenance activities and assign work.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Operations Control for schedules.
• Review maintenance docs and MIS for accuracy.
• Ensure safety, training, and proper use of tools and materials.
• Authorize overtime and leave in alignment with policy.
