Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking a qualified Supervisor, Line Maintenance to oversee line/hangar maintenance and supervise AMTs in Rhode Island. You will assign tasks, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with MOC and other departments to resolve issues affecting maintenance.

The role requires an FAA A&P license, 5+ years in aviation maintenance, and willingness to travel; strong communication and leadership skills are essential to drive Breeze’s safety culture and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have FAA A&P license with no infractions and recent experience on commercial aircraft
• DOT pre-employment drug test required
• TSA fingerprint-based background check and Breeze background check required
• 5+ years aviation maintenance experience on commercial aircraft
• Must have valid driver’s license and passport
• Authorized to work in the US per immigration laws
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Must be able to read/write/speak English
• SIDA badge eligibility required

Responsibilities

• Supervise line/hangar maintenance activities and assign work to AMTs
• Coordinate with Maintenance Operations Control and other departments
• Ensure work complies with Breeze policies and FAA regulations
• Review maintenance documentation and MIS for accuracy
• Ensure adequate training and determine overtime schedules
• Conduct safety briefings and maintain a safe work environment
• Ensure material and equipment availability for tasks
• Maintain aircraft status updates and delay information with MOC
