Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Control Inspector to manage daily QC operations at our Windsor Locks location. You will oversee line maintenance inspections, RII tasks, NDT procedures, and calibration programs, ensuring Breeze standards and CFR requirements are met.

Strong teamwork and communication are essential. The role requires an FAA A&P license, solid maintenance background, and flexibility for shift work.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold a current FAA A&P license with no infractions.
• Five years of aviation maintenance experience with at least three years in QC/Inspection.
• Understanding of FAR parts 43, 65, 91, 121, 145.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise inspection methods to ensure safe Breeze aircraft operations.
• Oversee line maintenance inspections to maintain Breeze and CFR compliance.
• Perform Required Inspections (RII) and engine borescopes per manuals and OEM data.
• Monitor workmanship and materials for adherence to Breeze and FAA standards.
• Lead and support NDT programs and calibration procedures as required.
• Communicate safety and quality issues to the Manager, Quality Control.
