Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Follow complex recipes and product directions.
• Produce small to large batches using classical and contemporary cooking techniques.
• May oversee production staff and assign tasks.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned per client needs.
