• 4+ years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and events.
• Follow complex recipes and product directions.
• Produce small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary techniques; garnish plates.
• May oversee production staff and train/assign tasks.
