Qualifications

• Mastery of all line stations and techniques.
• Strong understanding of seasoning, flavor balance, and plating.
• Knowledge of yields, costing, and portion control.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate service across the entire line.
• Work all stations, as assigned.
• Expedite orders in the absence of the Sous Chef or Chef.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities.
• Create prep lists and ensure full station readiness.
• Mentor Cook 1s and Cook 2s with constructive feedback.
