Qualifications

• Culinary education or formal culinary training is required.
• 9+ years of professional cooking experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with breakfast and lunch service.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and Chef specifications.
• Prepare, portion, and organize ingredients before service.
• Maintain appropriate food levels and stock the line throughout service.
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods and special events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
