Caesars Entertainment Corporation at Horseshoe Indianapolis is seeking a Cook who will support culinary operations, help develop menus and SOPs, and run cooking lines to ensure safe, efficient food preparation. The role includes station setup, prep, frying, and sautéing, while also contributing to guest service in the dining area.

This position emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in transactions, and adherence to service standards, with no casino gambling-related duties involved.

Responsabilidades

• Support the management in producing raw and/or cooked food for culinary operations
• Develop menus, SOPs, advanced cooking styles and production techniques
• Operate cooking or production lines for safe and efficient food preparation using various techniques and equipment
• Set up stations, prep work, frying, sauteing, etc.
• Assist in guest service in a dining environment, including greeting, seating, handling transactions and managing wait times
